Hi everyone! I’m so glad to be back blogging. I took a mini hiatus from the blog that I wasn’t too happy about, but I feel like I needed it. I was a little all over the place these past couple of months – I felt really directionless, but I think NYFW has given me back some perspective and let’s face it, I miss blogging. Maybe I needed a taste of that NYC hustle. I am just happy that even though we now live in an instant gratification world, you guys out there still want to read and get little more inspiration from a blog post. I really appreciate that and I’m going to bust my ass to create the best content I can for the blog!

I’m kicking off this post with a power suit because you guys know I love a suit that makes me feel like I can take on the world!  I was initially supposed to wear a slip dress on this day but had a little situation that forced me to switch out to this suit instead. I guess things happen for a reason because it couldn’t have worked out any better. Funny how an outfit can help so much with how you are feeling that day. We can accomplish anything when we tap into whatever empowers us.
