smartwater is running an Instagram look up challenge that is asking us for our best moments when we take a break from our assorted tech and “look up” from our laptops, phones and tablets.
Most times when I work on my blog posts, I am usually at my desk in my home office. Now with longer days and warmer nights, I love taking the opportunity to work outside whenever I can. This outfit is inspired by one of those instances.

I was working on a post and was having trouble picking out what pictures to use. In exasperation, I decided to give my eyes a break, so leaned back on my deck chair and started getting mesmerized by the blue skies around me. All of a sudden, an “outfit eureka” moment hit me and I ran to get the hubs to do a shoot! 

Taking a break from technology is important because sometimes, we can get bogged down by it all and our creativity can suffer so you never know what a little pause might inspire.
