If you’ve been keeping an eye on my blog and especially my Instagram recently, you might have noticed that I’ve been wearing this awesome Movado timepiece in a lot of my looks. Its simplicity and elegance goes with everything I wear.

If I were designing a watch, the Movado Edge would be pretty close to what I would come up with. It elevates any outfit and it is just SO chic! I’m not normally partial to a metal bracelet but this one feels, oh so right. Between that and the dial (my favorite part) of the watch, both add to the sharpness of the overall feel of the watch.

Happy Monday you guys! I partnered with Banana Republic to showcase some of their classic pieces for this post.

When it comes to finding a good tailored suit, blazer or pencil skirt, you know Banana’s got you covered. They are renowned for their high quality classic designs that retain their timelessness and will be favorites in your closet throughout the season.

I chose a white seersucker suit mainly because of the lightweight puckered fabric which makes it a perfect suit for spring and summer seasons. I paired it with a pair of yellow heeled sandals to lend a pop of color to the outfit and take it away from becoming too businesslike. I really love the way it fits and the suit moves so well!

Feeling happy with the fact that my dress collection is slowly but surely growing. So let’s meet the newest addition to the fam, Farah Dress. A super versatile tank style maxi dress from rag and bone which is a joy to style. This navy blue silky goodness is definitely a new favorite in the wardrobe. I love the slit on the left side which is perfect for showing off a great pair of shoes while you strut. I edged it up a little with a moto style leather vest for date night but I can totally see myself wearing it with summer flats for a vacay vibe. Excited to be kicking off spring with a post featuring bebe, one of my favorite brands. Aside from style, this post is all about confidence and what it means to me. For me, confidence is all about taking risks, whether it’s the confidence to go for that promotion at work or to rock that bold red dress you’ve had your eye on all season.

It is definitely a subjective thing, but confidence comes from so many sources. A great outfit always inspires me to take on my day. When I think about the outfits that help channel my inner confidence, I remember that it isn’t the “kind” of outfit that makes the difference, but how I feel when I’m wearing it. It can be an LBD, a great skirt and top, my fave pair of jeans or this amazing white jumpsuit from bebe!

This jumpsuit totally had my name written all over it. I love how this could be a substitute for a power suit. Throw on a crisp blazer and you’re ready to take on the office. Then just like that, you can head off to a cocktail party when the sun goes down. I wanted the one-piece look to stand out, so I left the neckline and wrist bare, with just a few rings and a killer pair of peep toe pumps to finish the outfit strongly.

70’s SPRING TREND

Here’s the final look for my Marc Fisher LTD spring trends featuring one that finds inspiration in a fantastic decade for fashion, the 70’s. This trend is most definitely my favorite of 2016, so I cannot be more excited to style these 3 beauties. With this look you can certainly see a color theme that I am totally enamoured by, 50 shades of blue

Camilla

Starting off with Camilla, I am so in love with this shade of baby blue. This color is showing up everywhere for spring 2016. It’s a perfect pastel blue that’s subtle enough for everyone but with just the right amount of “pop”. The off the shoulder chambray top, paired with high waist shorts brings out a more refined boho luxe vibe.

Queenie

Now onto Queenie, patchwork and cork heels at its best. Most cork heel platforms tend to be heavy but these are so comfy and light. I wanted to let Queenie shine since she’s such a statement shoe with the patchwork so I kept my outfit simple, casual and great for any day of the week.

Adalyn

Finally we get to a personal favorite, Adalyn. I’ll go as far to say that this is a MUST have shoe for Spring. Adalyn is extremely versatile and comfortable and I could literally wear this with any of the above outfits and it would work well. So there you have it guys! Spring is right around the corner you guys, and I am so thrilled to have partnered with Marc Fisher LTD to style some of their new arrivals for the season. These new styles will make you want to show off that perfect pedicure as you strut around town.

I am going to be featuring two of the most talked about shoe trend of Spring 2016, kicking off with some pieces that feature Tassels. I couldn’t think of a better trend that evokes a fun and playful aesthetic enough to make a statement with whatever you are wearing, but is also versatile enough to pair with a variety of outfits.

Crystal

A pair of suede flat sandals with a fun fringe tassel is the perfect way to go this season and I think it’s a “must-have” for your closet. I decided to go with Taupe Suede because I wanted a neutral color that would go with pretty much anything in my Spring closet. And speaking of Spring, I think this look, an adorable floral printed cami dress with a little bit of lace at the hem to give it a feminine touch is perfect for that bonfire on the beach or pool party.

Who doesn’t love a good pair of platform wedge sandals? The great thing with Sueann is that she’s got the perfect platform for anyone who wants a little bit of a height without sacrificing comfort. This pair is a dream to wear! If I was heading out to a backyard barbeque or perhaps brunch with my girlfriends this is exactly the look I’d go for, a white off shoulder summer dress with messy beachy waves to compliment the weekend look. Casual luxe at its best!

And now on to something minimal, clean and absolutely timeless! I’ve really been loving lace up pairs recently so it’s no wonder that this was one of my favorite looks. The tassel accent in the front was such a showstopper and really comes alive when you’re walking. I specifically picked a blazer playsuit because I wanted the look to be playful yet tastefully sexy. I absolutely LOVE mixing navy with gold and personally, it’s one of my favorite color combos. I think this outfit is all about date night and the perfect excuse to go dancing after! Plus, Marc Fisher are donating $20 for every pair of Larsa they sell to charity.

Styling up some pieces from Rag and Bone, a brand I’ve always been a huge fan of. I’ve invested in a few pieces that I truly love and know will be “go-to status” in my closet for a while. Case in point, this LBD! It’s exactly my kind of little black dress, comfortable yet the fabric is so lush and perfectly tailored. I wanted a little bit of an edge so I paired it with their new Standard issue sneakers which, thanks to how amazing they look and how comfortable they are, I’ll be living in for a little while!

Dry skin is so hard to deal with and something I’ve been struggling with for a number of years now. In my case, it can sometime lead to a case mild eczema which while minor, is definitely quite difficult to deal with.
