Hey guys! If you’re on my insta this past weekend, you’ll have seen I got to spend a couple of days at the beautiful Omni La Costa Resort in Carlsbad. It’s just a quick drive from Los Angeles and it was just what we needed after a hectic September and what’s looking like a crazy rest of the year.

The property is utterly gorgeous! Our room overlooking the fantastic golf course was uber comfortable. And speaking of overlooking the golf course, the pool was a particular favorite hangout spot. It was very warm and humid, very Miami like in fact and what better way to enjoy the weather than with a cocktail while you’re cooling down poolside. 

While the Mister was at the pool, I found my perfect way to relax with a massage and hair appointment at The Spa at La Costa. 

As you guys can see, it was not just a great place to rest and rejuvenate but the Omni La Costa is also a great place for inspiration. There are so many beautiful backdrops and locations that you can’t help but want to take a million pictures! We really loved our time there and driving back to LA, we were recharged and ready to take on the rest of the year.
