REPAIR, PROTECT AND STYLE

I’m sure it doesn’t come as any surprise what I put my hair through all the time by playing with heating tools to style it. Well at some point, hair damage is going to be the inevitable result so I wanted to share my easy-peasy hair care routine that really doesn’t take up too much time and isn’t going to cost a fortune.

When it comes time to wash my hair, I’ve been using the new Pantene Pro-V Repair and Protect Shampoo and Conditioner because they really help to restore smoothness, shine and manageability. I know I’ve mentioned this before, but Pantene’s new shampoo allows me to wash my hair more regularly, plus it offers effortless in-shower detangling even before using conditioner. One of my hair hacks is brushing before washing for even better detangling.

And at least once a week, I give my hair a nice oil treatment. There are a variety of oil treatments available but I am partial to coconut oil as it adds so much shine after a wash.

My favorite way to style is to add some bounce by curling the end of my hair. I take one to two inch sections, and begin by curling hair away from my face. By the way, I prefer using a 1.25″ professional curling iron. Continue to twist and pull the barrel down and then I run my fingers through my hair to give it that bouncy curl at the end. Once I finish, I spray Pantene Pro-V Smooth Anti-Humidity Airspray, which is super lightweight and alcohol-free – always keeping in mind that a little spray goes a long way and there you have it, my loves!

Try it home and tell me what you think in the comments. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts!

Thank you Pantene for partnering on this post.
