One of the best parts of heading to NYC is I get to dress up! I get to push my limits and this gorgeous embroidered jacket is such an inspiring piece!  Let me share this amazing designer duo I am so completely smitten by, HEMANT and Nandita! I’ve featured another one of their gorgeous coats on my blog before (here it is if you missed it) and as I dig deeper into their designs, I have to say I’m hooked!

Coming from an Indian heritage, I appreciate every stitch that went behind this coat. The detail is stunning and the use of indian inspired themes is on point! I wanted to initially pair it with black skinny jeans but it felt too safe and structured, so instead I reached for my light blue mom style high waist jeans which I think gave it that effortless look. You guys won’t have been surprised at the number of head turns I got as I walked down SOHO to shoot this look.
