Well, it’s that fav time of the year for foodies! Yup, Dine LA’s annual Restaurant Week is upon us and some of the best restaurants around the city are preparing special menu items and courses for the occasion.
When Discover LA and Dine LA invited us to a preview at Providence, the Mister and I could not contain our excitement. Providence has a reputation for great food that has been cultivated and reinforced thanks to numerous James Beard award nominations and 2 Michelin Stars!
We were warmly greeted by General Manager and co owner Donato Poto who also spoke about every course as it was being served, on the amazing tasting menu that his partner and chef Michael Cimarusti had created. The food was immaculately presented as you can see by the pics but the flavors and textures are hard to do justice to. This was one of the best meals we have had in a long time! And that Wagyu is a showstopper!
