Hey guys! I’ve been lucky enough to travel extensively this year and I’m actually headed to NYC once again next weekend. But I wanted to share one of my favorite staycation destinations from a few weeks ago. The Langham is one of my absolute favs when it comes to luxury accommodations. I was hosted by the wonderful Langham Chicago over the 4th of July weekend earlier this year and as you guys saw on my Snap and Insta, it is a fantastic hotel to say the least. 

Fun fact, the building was a major location for the filming of The Dark Knight! It’s all over the movie and we actually got to have tea right where they filmed the scene where Christian Bale’s Batman meets Heath Ledger’s Joker for the first time. The Mister and I were fanboy/girl-ing out our whole time there!

Whew! Sorry guys, got a little carried away there ;). Anyways, when The Langham Huntington Pasadena got in touch and asked if we would like to have the Langham experience once more but this time much closer to home, we jumped at the chance! We have always been fans of the famous Langham High Tea (which is an LA must do) but this was our first time staying there. 

The property is so beautiful and tranquil. Our suite was so comfortable and we were well looked after by the amazing staff. The Chuan Spa was the perfect place to relax and let the tightness of the long work week just melt away with a massage. And of course our favorite part just like Chicago was The Langham Club Lounge. We had breakfast there every morning, snacks and tea during the afternoon and a night cap before turning in. So if all you LA people are looking for a relaxing time without having to put up with a long flight or drive, I can’t recommend The Langham Huntington Pasadena highly enough.
