It’s my birthday today!! Yippieee *Happy Dance* (you don’t wanna see how that goes..LOL) and this was an outfit I wore to dinner with my hubby last night. It was really cold but since we were planning on being indoors most of the time, I was able to deal with it, thanks in part to my new long black Sadie scoop neck tee from Threads for Thought.
Not too long ago, I featured Threads for thought, a company who is very big on not only sustainable materials, but also in ways to give back. So I wanted to share this news with you. Throughout Fall/Winter 2013, Threads for Thought is donating 10% of all purchases of their best-selling Vera v-neck and Sadie scoop-neck women’s tees to the International Rescue Committee’s (IRC) New Roots program, which helps refugees become self-sufficient and contribute to their new home through community gardening, nutrition education and small-business farming.
You can never have too many basic tees and this in particular is for such a good cause, so all the more I just had to! 🙂
