ANDROGYNOUS

Once again another fabulous creation by Kahlo.  I love how this oversized double breasted vest has got the androgynous look. I really do like the melange of menswear and feminine pieces.

Buttery Suede

Donning this buttery suede tank was such a delight. The cut out at the back is just genius!  I just love the versatility of these 2 pieces. They are wearable in so many different ways.

Century City

This week I received this beautiful sterling silver Ocean Blue Drusy Agate Ring from ShopNbc.  I have been on the search for a drusy ring that would fit my size 5 fingers. I love the fact that it's sterling silver which means I will never have to worry about turning my fingers green. It's such striking ring that I had to feature it up close and personal.

I can't quite believe it but this is my 100th post. It's a mini milestone and I thought I would take this opportunity to thank all my wonderful readers for your support. Look for an exciting giveaway at the end of the week, so stay tuned!

Skirting Issue

The last couple of weeks, I have gravitated towards skirts of all kinds. With my recent stripe craze, this midi skirt caught my eye at Forever 21. I kept it simple but added these glasses for that geeky look.

This week I received a gorgeous gift from Shop NBC and can't wait to show it to you.

Have a great weekend everyone!

It's a beautiful day

Another fun opportunity to play dress up at Dietch PR. I was introduced to 2 amazing Australian labels.  Toi Et Moi and Kahlo. To me with both labels, it was love at first sight. In the next few posts, you will be seeing some of their key pieces which I was delighted to dress up in.

Toi Et Moi means "for you and me" in French. I love how this collection is wearable, versatile and is the perfect mix of cultures- Parisian street chic with a quintessential Aussie touch.

Kahlo’s aesthetic is masterfully structured yet wearable pieces. I love that they incorporated leather and buttery soft suede. Their earthy color palette of terracotta, nude, taupe and burnt orange are my favorites for fall/winter.

Unleashed

I want to thank everyone who entered my very first giveaway. It was a huge success and I can't wait to do another. I am in the midst of working something out so stay tuned ya.

Here are the winners (picked out using the random generator website)

Aleeza from Weapon of Mass Distraction
Cess from The Outfit Diaries
Elizabeth from Just Quach It
Cellia from The Celley's World

Thank you ladies for entering and congratulations!

Here I am unleashing my unruly hair for the first time on my blog. I always hated my curls, constantly straightening it and having all sorts of chemcial treatments. I am so glad that straightening irons were invented and lug mine around whenever I travel. I can't believe how much I've gone through dealing with the hassle. Can't quite explain it, but just a couple days ago, I woke up, looked at myself in the mirror and loved how it looked. I love the fact that it's messy and big. I feel a sense of freedom. Sometimes an "old look" is the new look you need. Is there something in you that you never liked about yourself, feel free to share. It's the imperfections that make you unique. Embrace them!
