Native American Inspired

Since Thanksgiving is coming up I thought I'd put together this native American inspired outfit. I found this sweater just a couple days ago at a vintage store. The colors on this sweater immediately caught my eye and I knew it would be great for this winter. As I was rampaging through my closet for the right handbag to go with this outfit, I found this perfect boxy red bag which was a gift from a girlfriend back in Singapore.

I Heart Poncho

It's my birthday weekend and I thought it was a good reason to get a little change of look since I'm getting another year older. I've had a long mane pretty much all my life, although this haircut isn't too drastic but to me, it's the shortest I have ever gone since I was about 8 years old. It sure is easier to maintain and it feels a whole lot lighter...

Beautiful Autumn

This past week, I couldn't ask for more. Perfect weather, best breakfast and a busy week but in a good way!! These photos were taken sometime last week but I did not get time to post. We went out for breakfast at Aroma Cafe near Studio City which is by far my fav!! I love this little area as it's a stretch of cozy cafes, funky antique shops and chic retailers just a few blocks from frantic energy of Venture Boulevard. I'd say it's a little bit of Greenwich Village right here in the valley. 

Finally, I said goodbye to an 8 year relationship with my long hair. I had a haircut this week and I am pretty psyched to show you my pictures coming up in just a few days.

Be Happy

My favorite time of the year is finally here, I love November. The holidays are just around the corner, my birthday is in a few weeks, cooler months and most importantly my family is visiting next month. With all of these cheerful reasons, I had to wear my "Be Happy" tee that I bought a few months back. Isn't it cute with that little pink bow?

Introducing Jeffery Campbell's Mary Roks!! These booties bring my shoe collection to new heights!!  Rich suede, the perfect little peeking of toes and side feet, and one thick wedge. It's surprisingly comfortable as I thought the height would make my walking a little "wobbly". 

I'll be wearing these into the fall/winter with a pair of black tights and chunky knits.
